Financial contribution is an important part of Christian discipleship and church membership. Giving supports the ongoing ministry of our church and the mission partners that we support (15% of our offerings are given to our mission partners). Giving is also a way to express our thanks to God for the many blessings we have from Him.
There are several ways to give to St. John’s:
- The preferred method is to set up a regular direct debit to St. John’s Diamond Creek via the Anglican Development Fund (ADF). A form for giving via the ADF is available via this link or can be collected from the foyer at St John’s. Setting up a regular automatic payment is a helpful way of giving since it helps the church budget and forecast more accurately. To increase or alter your giving through the ADF simply email or phone Robyn or Julie at the ADF (firstname.lastname@example.org or 9653 4220)
- Payments can be made into the church account via online banking. The account details are:
Account Name – St. John’s Anglican Church
BSB 063 246 Acc. No. 10060757
- Placing your donation as a cheque or cash in the offertory plate that is passed around during services. Envelopes marked for each week of the year are available on the welcome desk and can be used if this helps you keep track of your giving.
